Where it is heard

NADRA issues CNICs, NICOPs and family registration certificates. Passports are issued by the Directorate General of Immigration and Passports. Placement on the Exit Control List under the Exit from Pakistan (Control) Ordinance 1981 can be challenged before the Federal Government and in the High Court.
