1. Consultations
You can change the time of a consultation, or cancel it, from My bookings at any time before it starts. The lawyer is told straight away.
2. When a lawyer cancels
A lawyer can decline or cancel a booking. You are told in your inbox and can choose another time or another lawyer.
3. Consultation fees
VakeelNama does not charge for booking. If a lawyer charges for consultations, their own cancellation terms apply; ask them before you book.
4. Plans
Lawyers can cancel a paid plan at any time. The refund policy explains what happens to the current period.
