Draft for review
This text is a working draft. It has not yet been reviewed by our lawyer and may change before launch.
Last updated 7 November 2026
1. Summary
We collect what we need to connect clients with lawyers and to run lawyers’ practice tools. Your phone number is not shown to lawyers until you choose to share it. Verification documents are never shown publicly. We do not sell personal data.
2. What we collect
Account details (name, mobile number, city, and email if you add one). From clients: the matters you describe, voice notes and attachments. From lawyers: enrolment details, CNIC, LLB degree and a verification photo. Practice data you enter: cases, hearings, clients, payments, notices and invoices. Basic device and usage information to keep the service secure.
3. How we use it
To sign you in, verify lawyers, deliver inquiries and replies, send reminders you ask for, prepare invoices and notices, prevent abuse, and improve the service.
4. Who can see what
Clients see a lawyer’s public profile. A lawyer sees a client’s details only when the client writes to them, or when they open a matched inquiry. Clerks see only what their lawyer allows, and never fees. Our review team sees verification documents.
5. Sharing
We share data with service providers who host it, send SMS and WhatsApp codes, and process payments, only as needed for those tasks. We disclose data to authorities only when Pakistani law requires it, including under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to staff who need it, and fee amounts can be hidden behind a PIN on your device. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at once if you suspect misuse of your account.
7. How long we keep it
While your account is open, and afterwards only as long as the law requires or to resolve disputes. Verification documents are deleted when they are no longer needed for that purpose.
8. Your choices
You can see, correct and download your information, and ask us to delete your account. Some records, such as issued invoices, may be kept where the law requires.
9. The law
We handle data in line with the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 and other laws of Pakistan, and will update this policy when a federal personal data protection law is enacted.
10. Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you before the change applies.
