Where it is heard

Labour Courts hear workers’ grievances under the provincial industrial relations laws, and the NIRC hears cases across provinces. Civil servants go to Service Tribunals. Harassment complaints go to the provincial or federal Ombudsperson under the Protection against Harassment of Women at the Workplace Act 2010.
